All Our Families Workbook
The Cultivating Resilience and Flourishing workbook is a resource developed by the All Our Families research team with the Owerko Centre at the University of Calgary. Drawing on more than 17 years of research on family and community health and well‑being, this workbook helps adults, families, and communities identify practical, low‑cost strategies to reduce the effects of stress, build resilience, and support overall well‑being.
This workbook explains the brain science and physiology behind stress, resilience, and flourishing, and describes three evidence‑based strategies that support well‑being. It also includes examples, tips, and stories that show how these strategies can be used in everyday life.
A companion worksheet version focuses solely on the strategies and related reflection exercises. Both the workbook and worksheets are available in colour and greyscale.
